Who we are.

The National Association for Heavy-duty Equipment Operators Ghana (NAHEOG) is an organized labour association for the operators of lifting equipment and earth moving equipment such as Cranes, forklifts, Reach stacker, Empty Container Handlers, Excavator, Backhoe, to Bull Dozer, Tractor and Grader in the Transport, construction, mining, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Ports and harbour sector.

We are establishing both academic and professional partnership locally and internationally to put our certified members at international pedestal. 
Building standards and benchmarking industry driven curricula, training and certification with the academia, licensing, certification and accreditation bodies both locally and internationally.
We are here to collaborate with the employers and business in our area of endeavor and of our members to continually improve safety, efficiency and productivity.

Providing an assured welfare support through the state insurance company to our certified members. 
We are here as the mouth piece of Heavy –Duty equipment Operators across the length and breadth of Ghana and beyond. Providing workshops and training in up skilling, retooling of our members in their various fields of work.
